Rooms need updating and weren't as clean as expected. Proximity to the beach was perfect and the pool was nice. Check-in was easy, but arrive early for parking. Best part was the available tennis facilities. Bring your own racquet.

Super close to the beach and a nice pool area! The staff was super friendly, and our room was clean with a comfy bed. It was handy that we could leave the car after checkout to enjoy more of Clearwater. Just wish the bathroom could’ve used a little more light; it felt kinda dim.

My stay at this motel was fantastic. The rooms were clean and cozy, perfect for a longer term business trip. I appreciated the amenities such as free Wi-Fi, free parking, and the swimming pool. The air conditioning kept the room cool, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment. The kitchen had all the cookware and utensils I needed, and the outdoor dining area was a lovely spot to enjoy a meal. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the beach in a peaceful area, allowing for a restful night's sleep.
Bathroom shower rod had visible rust.

Close to beach, heated pool, walking distance to shops and restaurants, free beach towels and chairs.

Island Cay At in the North beach area was fantastic. We loved the designated parking spots for each room, the spacious beach house vibe, and the quiet, private atmosphere. the beach was just a block away and the Pier 60 fun was only a few short blocks away. the staff, including the front desk girl and the maintenance man, went above and beyond to ensure our safety and comfort. the pool was amazing, and the location couldn't be better. It felt like a 5-star hotel service.

loved the charm of island cay at. place was clean and cozy. the location is spot on! a quick walk to restaurants across the street. got to see beautiful sunsets and sunrises. staff was super friendly, and the hospitality was top-notch. free bikes and beach gear!

I had a good night sleep, quiet location. The bed was comfy, and the room was a good size for relaxation. The double bolt locks on the room added an extra feeling of security. I highly recommend this hotel.
